We are the Association of Developers
- Communication
- Openly explaining how development works
We inform the public, local governments, and the media about how urban neighborhoods are created, what project preparation entails, and how private investments are balanced with public interest.
- Cooperation
- Connecting experts, practice and public administration
We create space for dialogue between developers, architects, local governments, and state institutions so that decision-making about cities is based on data, experience, and long-term responsibility.
- Trends
- Mapping the conditions for sustainable urban development
We regularly monitor legislation, the housing market, investment conditions, and European trends that affect the availability of construction and the quality of urban development.
Who is a developer
Developers help cities bring their vision of spatial and economic development to life. In their projects, they integrate investment, planning, architecture, engineering solutions, and the needs of residents into a unified whole designed to function for decades.
We bring together professionals who approach development ethically and responsibly. Our members deliver projects across all sectors:
Residential buildings
Logistic centres
Industrial parks
Offices and commercial spaces
We are fighting for better development
We advocate for an environment where development is seen as positive change: fostering innovation, encouraging creativity, and creating great places to live across Czech cities.
