We are a professional platform that brings together key players in Czech residential, commercial, and industrial development.

We advocate for clear and transparent rules of the game and actively engage in shaping them. We serve as a trusted partner and consultant to central and local authorities in creating conditions for urban development, construction, financing, energy, and other key aspects impacting the development sector.

Urban development is a long-term journey. We help make sure it delivers value—professionally, economically, and for society as a whole.

An expert approach to problem-solving is at the heart of what we do. We draw upon the extensive experience of our members, architects, urban planners, legal experts, and economists, who understand the complexities of urban development.

We actively collaborate with other professional organizations. We coordinate our activities, provide feedback on key documents, and leverage synergies to drive shared priorities.

Build Europe

We are an integral part of the European development landscape. Thanks to our membership in Build Europe—an organization uniting national associations across the continent—we maintain a comprehensive overview of the European market, track upcoming legislative changes, and effectively submit feedback and proposals to EU institutions.

Community Energy Union

We participate in shaping the rules for a new era of energy. We are a founding member of the UKEN (Community Energy Union), which successfully advocates for the legislative framework and development of decentralized energy based on renewable resources.

We support housing affordability. We are part of HIAH (Housing Investment Advisory Hub), an expert platform focused on public investments in housing.

Lifelong learning

We educate industry professionals. In collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture at CTU in Prague, we offer the lifelong learning program Real Estate Development, which provides a multidisciplinary perspective on development across all its stages and processes.

New building law plarform

We call on policymakers to achieve genuine streamlining of the planning and permitting process. We initiated the formation of an informal coalition of major professional organizations to highlight key flaws in the Construction Act and push for necessary reforms.

Estate Awards

We raise awareness of high-quality developments. We serve on the jury for the prestigious Estate Awards, which celebrate the best real estate projects.

Enhancing the public image of development

Real estate development fundamentally shapes our cities, landscapes, and the way people live in them. The Association’s goal is to ensure this happens ethically, professionally, and responsibly.

Adherence to ethical standards is a prerequisite for Association membership. Compliance is overseen by an independent Ethics Committee, to which both members and the general public can submit inquiries or reports.
