We present the first comprehensive publication that comprehensively covers all aspects of residential development. In addition to providing essential information about the current state of the housing market in the Czech Republic, it also describes in detail what development really means.

The publication was prepared by experts from Deloitte and is the result of a joint initiative of the Developers Association, the Construction Entrepreneurs' Association, and the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic.
