We create a functional development ecosystem

We are a professional platform that brings together key players in residential, commercial and industrial development in the Czech Republic.

We advocate for transparent rules of the game and actively participate in the debate on their setting. We are a partner and consultant to state and local governments in creating conditions for territorial development, construction, financing, energy and other aspects that affect development activities.

Urban development is a long-term process. We help make it make sense – professionally, economically and socially.

We build on cooperation

We are based on a professional approach to solving problems. We rely on the experience of our members, architects, urban planners, lawyers and economists who understand the complexities of the urban environment.

We actively cooperate with other professional organizations. We coordinate our activities, highlight important outputs, and use synergies to promote common topics.

Build Europe
We are part of the European development. Thanks to our membership in Build Europe, we have an overview of the European market, planned changes in legislation, and we are able to apply comments and suggestions to the European Union authorities.

Community Energy Union
We are involved in creating rules for a new era of energy. We are a founding member of the Community Energy Union, which successfully promotes the legislative anchoring and development of decentralized energy based on renewable sources.

Lifelong learning
We educate professionals in the field. We collaborate with the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University on the lifelong learning course Real Estate Development, which offers a multidisciplinary perspective on development in all its phases and processes.

Platform for a healthy building law
We appeal to political representation to effectively simplify the construction process. We have initiated the creation of an informal group of important professional organizations and together we draw attention to the problematic aspects of the construction law and the need for change.
Estate Awards
We raise awareness of quality projects. We are part of the jury in the prestigious Estate magazine competition, which recognizes the best development projects.

  • Our mission

Development fundamentally influences the shape of our cities and landscapes, as well as the way people live in them. The Association’s goal is to do so ethically, professionally and responsibly.

  • Our values

Respect for ethical rules is a condition for membership in the Association. Their observance is monitored by an independent Ethics Committee. Individual members and the general public can submit their suggestions to it.
